The company we were using is now in a lawsuit for not paying their customers. We think it is a matter of time before they no longer can meet our needs...so we took a proactive move. Besides, the new system is less complicated and less expensive.
Why do I have to enter all the information again? Didn't I do this last year?
Because it is a new system, an account must be established the first time you register a camper. Good news, this is only done once as it is stored.
What is the billing contact?
This is the primary party responsible for making payments. They will be our first point of contact for any account related questions.
What are 'classes'?
These are the same as weeks or retreats in our terms.
Why did you use the word 'student'?
Like the word 'classes', this word is hard coated into the program. It means the same thing as camper or participant.
I am concerned about my data being out on the Internet, how secure is my data?
If you have access to the Internet from the computer that you are registering on, your data is already on the Internet and is vulnerable.
An analogy our supplier likes to use is that you don't keep your life savings at your house, you take it to a place built to protect money. It is our belief that your data is safer with our supplier than in your home. Their servers are behind state of the art firewalls, monitored 7 x 24 x 365, require biometrics to enter and reside in the same facility where some of the largest U.S. banks host their servers. They take storing client information very seriously and adhere to the strict credit card processing security rules and policies.

My account is not showing a discount even though I successfully registered more than one student?
Each registration has to be reviewed so we can assign any discounts you may be due. Give us at least 24 hours and access your account again. We are working on having these discounts applied at the time of registration making it possible for you to pay with no delay. Thanks for your patience.
How do I make a change to my child's registration?
Login to the Registration Account and use the 'I want to:' drop down list and choose either the 'Drop Student Request' or the 'Contact Staff/Send Email' link.
