Dear Parents:

We are so grateful for you and excited to have your child! A great time is planned.

Before Arrival

  • SELF-SCREEN.
    • Prior to camp, self-screen until your arrival for the presence of symptoms (fever of 100.4 °F or greater, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, muscle aches, nausea, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, vomiting, etc.).
  • RAPID TEST.
    • No tests are required.
  • SYMPTOMS.
    • A camper can NOT come to camp if he or she has had ANY of the symptoms listed above within 72 hours prior to check-in. If the camper is deemed to have any of these symptoms during the check-in process, he or she will not be allowed to stay.
  • MEDICAL INFORMATION.
    • Update ALL information:
      • Be sure to have handy all documents and information during the registration process in our new system as Medical Information is required.
      • MUST READ regarding Medicines: Click here for details on the REQUIRED FORM.
      • MEDICAL FORMS. If your child has Anaphylactic Reactions, Asthma, Diabetes, Food Allergy, or Seizures, please download the appropriate form during the registration process when asked; complete & sign and then upload into your account in the Forms section and bring a copy to camp just in case (then you won't have to complete again at camp).
  • WATER BOTTLE.
      Remember to bring one. The canteen will have them on sale for $5.
  • PAYMENT.
    • Pay before you come by logging into the Parent Dashboard of our new registration system.
    • Balances must be paid in full at check in.  NO POST DATED CHECKS
  • ARRIVING LATE.
    • If you will arrive late on Sunday, please call 706-352-4451; gate closes at 11pm.
  • DIRECTIONS.
  • SUGGESTED PACKING LIST.
    • Click here.
      • Masks are optional but bring if you want to wear one.
      • No Tank Tops (sleeveless shirts) or Short Shorts - shorts must be loose and modest.
      • NO CELL PHONES as they are subject to loss, damage or theft. Bring at own risk. If your child wants music during cabin time, suggest another type of device.
  • FISHING.
    • Bring your fishing gear.  Worms provided. Can fish at lake when open.
  • MAIL.

Check-In Procedure

    Park in the main lot and proceed to check in the dining hall. Check-in begins at 3:00pm.

Pick-Up Procedure

    Meet at Pavilion on Saturday at 10:00 AM for the Closing Ceremony.
    DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 9:30 AM, as the campers will be completing their parting chores.
    Campers belongings can be retrieved after the Closing Ceremony.
